Cliff Rucker is Founder and Chairman of NFS Capital. Mr. Rucker previously served as President of the company, formerly known as NFS Leasing. Before founding NFS, Mr. Rucker was the Founder and CEO of NEXL, a national provider of IT services and outsourcing. In 2005, Mr. Rucker oversaw the successful sale of NEXL to MTM Technologies, a publicly traded NASDAQ company. Mr. Rucker retained the captive leasing portfolio of NEXL and in 2006, NFS was founded.

Prior to joining NFS Capital, Ms. Hood held a variety of customer service, marketing, and management positions, including roles at Cheng & Tsui.

Prior to joining NFS Capital, Mr. Murphy was a New York Area Vice President for MTM Technologies.

James Vant is Associate Counsel of NFS Capital. Mr. Vant is primarily responsible for handling internal and external litigation and assisting the workout and recovery teams for NFS Capital. Prior to joining NFS Capital, Mr. Vant practiced law at Greenberg Traurig, LLP. Mr. Vant received a Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law, a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University and is a member of the Massachusetts and New York State Bar.

Ashley Gonyer is a Staff Accountant at NFS Capital. Ms. Gonyer is responsible for assisting the operations of the company’s accounting team, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and monthly financial reporting. Prior to joining NFS Capital, Ms. Gonyer held roles primarily in accounts receivable support and payroll compliance. Ms. Gonyer received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Franklin Pierce University and completed a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of New Hampshire.

Tomi Donahoe is Controller of NFS Capital. Mr. Donahoe is responsible for the handling of financial transactions from day-to-day and month-end close, to audit and tax work. Prior to joining NFS Capital, Mr. Donahoe served in roles as manager, supervisor, and associate in the business advisory and assurance practice groups at PKF O’Connor Davies. Mr. Donahoe received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Endicott College and a Master of Science degree in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University.
